A Highlight is the Culinary Experience!

Chalet Eiger is a member of the Slow Food movement and follows the principles of a new gastronomy encapsulating all the complexities of food from taste, culture and nature through to the people involved in its production.

One of the highlights at Chalet Eiger is the culinary experience. Hea Min is a talented Chef and her dinner selections change daily according to guests' preferences and the season. She uses the freshest New Zealand produce and our own home-grown organic vegetables.

The cuisine is a fusion of Pacific and European styles with Asian influences. Do please notify us in advance (we need minimum 24 hours notification for dinner booking and a group of minimum 4 guests) if you have any culinary preferences or dietary requirements. We will try our best to suit your needs and adopt recommendations into the preparation of your meal.

A fabulous culinary 4-course gourmet dinner is optional but highly recommended at
$115 per person (please note that dinner surcharge of $50 pp will be added on 25th and 31st December).
