The Ruapehu Suite is situated on the first floor with magnificent lake and mountain views.
You have an ensuite bathroom with luxurious bathrobes, under floor heating, toiletries and hairdryer which also features a Spa-bath hydrotherapy for relaxation, improving circulation and melting away muscle tension. Includes a large walk in shower.
Fresh flowers, seasonal fruit, soft drinks (mini bar), a bottle of New Zealand wine, cheese and a selection of teas and coffee with homemade biscuits are included in all rooms to be enjoyed by our guests. What more could you ask for?
Chalet Eiger's multi zone audio-system distributes entertainment to all rooms and is controlled by an in-room LCD keypad. High speed and wireless internet, phone and TV can be installed instantly in all rooms
Laundry service and in-house facilities are available.
Reservations
Accommodation is by reservation only. We require 25% deposit or your credit card details. We do not charge against it, but it is held as guarantee should cancellation occur.
Cancellation policy
Due to our intimate size, any cancellation affects us significantly. Consequently the following cancellation policy applies:
Cancellation within 30 days of arrival 25% charge
Cancellation within 7 days of arrival 100% charge
Naturally, we will make every attempt to re-sell the room(s) and night(s) booked in question and if successful, we will reimburse your payment. We advise our guests to arrange their travel insurance.
Minimum stay
With Easter and the period between 23rd December and 5th January (Christmas and New Year) we have a 3 night minimum stay. There will be no surcharges for these days.
Child policy
Chalet Eiger Lodge provides for their guests peace & tranquility in a relaxed atmosphere. Therefore we regret that we are not able to accommodate children under the age of 15 years
